Coming to St George, UT, Whimsy Winkel will now be offering face painting for private parties and special events. We use only professional-grade, water-based face paints for our face painting. All of our paints and glitters are FDA-approved for cosmetic use and wash off easily with soap and water. They are smudge-resistant when dry and non-staining. Contact for availability.
